Prorated charges lies
Bakersfield company Store associate told me to switch my regular account to business account but I told him I am happy with it. He said it has more deals in it. I told him I dont want to pay any extra money to switch n he agrees but have to pay those prorated charges. Went to store when received my bill n other associate told I will receive $75.01 next month. Waited for couple months but not recieved any credit. Want to store again n they told me I will not get any credit n same lady told the guy to whom I was dealing that do not recalled it. Really mad about it costumer from last 10 yrs.
