Need help with support. Still on hold after 1+ hour.
Dear AT&T,
I called (800)248.3632 1 hour and 10 minutes ago. I'm looking to open a ticket for a T1 line. Did I call the right number? Is anyone ever going to pick up this phone?
When I take option 1, then 1 again I get disconnected.
I can be reached on the cell phone number I provided in my profile.

This is hard to believe. Someone picked up the phone after I was on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes, and ask me to hold on. About 20 seconds later I'm disconnected. Unbelievable!
