Kevin Kearny why do you hate me so much?
Once again for the 7th year in a row I entered ATT h*ll to renew my contract. It was actually correct the renewal which I did in June.
Every year I get a letter form Kevin Kearny At&T executive director (who doesn't actually exist) telling me It's time to renew and promising me a quick and painless process (it's neither), every year I spend 2-3 hours on the phone renewing the contract. Every year, 2 months later I'm back on the phone correcting the renewal which is never right the first time. The only reason I still have ATT is that my alternative is Spectrum and I hate them even more!
AT&T why is this so difficult?
