It was a lie

I open a new business phone line and I was told adding long distance is only few more dollars. I said OK to add it, now I received  my bill and it says $17 for a long distance fee. I called service and I was told, few dollars deal  was only for the first month when I open my account, and I will have to pay full amount till the end of the contract, another one year. I can't remove long distance because it was included in a package which I have now, breaking a contract will cost me about $500.

This is not fare, it is a fraud.

Shame on you, stealing money from people this way.
