We recently encountered any issue where our email server was compromised, however, it was later resolved within a twenty-four hour period. Yet, AT&T’s email server are now blocking us and it would appear that there is no way for them to resolve it. All non-AT&T emails go through without incident except emails which are affiliated with AT&T.

                   The mail system

    host ff-ip4-mx-vip2.prodigy.net[144.160.159.22]
    said: 553 5.3.0 flph400 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521<50.0.171.253
    >_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks (in reply to MAIL
    FROM command)

I have been going through this issue for the last six weeks regarding emails being undeliverable for our email server. I have sent multiple emails to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net and I have submitted to http://att.net/blocks every week since. The reply emails from abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net report back that our email server is not blocked or on their blacklist. However, sending an email to anyone who has an att.net, pacbell.net or sbcglobal.net, etch. immediately bounces back with the above failure. As for the the http://att.net/blocks or an other of their contact pages for getting whitelisted, I have never heard back from anyone regarding my submissions. What’s going on?

I have the same issue.  We moved our email server to a different state two weeks ago.  Our IP address changed.  As soon as the move was complete.  Our server was unable to send to att.net emails.  We had no issues prior to the move.  We get this message

host ff-ip4-mx-vip2.prodigy.net[144.160.159.22] said: 553
 5.3.0 flpd600 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< ##.##.###.## >_is_blocked.For information
send an email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

We have filled out the form and sent messages to the email address with no response or resolution.  We have no issues with any other mail server.
