Getting services information and setting up BusinessDirect

At the place I work, previous IT staff has never documented what AT&T services we have. I'm trying to determine what we have and get BusinessDirect setup so I can monitor it online. I don't know who our account manager is either. We will be setting up a new phone system soon and will need to have some of our VoIP services changed so it is critical for me to be able to get in contact with someone to get all of this figured out. I have all of our billing information but online registration for BusinessDirect doesn't work. Could I get some assistance with this?
