Elderly and overcharged

AT@t has been charging us for internet services since October 2010 that we don't have(we have Comcast) We chose automatic billing to make it easier for us to pay our bills. I am 70 and my husband is 92. I have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to resolve this and no one will help me. They were not very nice to me either. If they would do this to us, they would do it to anyone. I do have every copy of every bill that I was overcharged. I hope that someone can help us.
