Auto BillPay is non-existent and my bill is $20 more per month.

I signed up for high speed internet on Sept. 19. I was told I enrolled in auto bill payment. A few weeks after I signed up, I received a confirmation letter that I was enrolled in auto billpay. Then why was my bill not automatically taken from my account?

 

Also, the rep at the store I was at said my monthly bill would be $24.95. He said that the first paperwork would show $43, but that the amount I would be charged was $24.95.

 

Wrong, I am still being charged $43.

 

The store says they know nothing and I have to call the service number, but I can not reach anyone at the service number.
