Account Rep for my business account won't answer a simple questionm or renew my contract
I have been a customer of ATT business for over 15 years. Last month, without warning or explanation, my monthly phone bill went from $450 a month to $1600. I emailed my account rep and she said it was because my "contract" had expired. I have emailed her 3 times since requesting an explanation of what my renewal options are and she will not respond. I do not know why ATT allows its employees to be so awful.
Is there an effective way to report and complain about such horrible service?

I have sent all information as requested to the private email. I have received no email reply. Please respond via email only as my experience with ATT reps on the phone is always disastrous. In short I want to have all replies in writing because my experience has taught me not to believe anything said by voice.

Use chat feature and email a copy to yourself. That’s the only way I kept track of the endless line of people “very happy to fix my problem”

After 15 years of business, I just cancelled my account. No more poor customer service, poor phone line quality, and truly horrible account reps. Later ATT
