ATTM Settlement
I received two checks for the ATTM Settlement. Is this legit or a scam?
The check offered a web site to look into, www.attmsettlement.com, but I am wary as it came from the same paper as the check. In key word searching att.com for attmsettlement I didn't see any ready reference to the settlement.

I just received 2 checks from ATTM Settlement. What a surprise. One was for $119.65 and the other for 66.77. Thought it was a scam but found out that this settlement was legit.

I am inquiring about the recent settlement. My ex daughter-in-law received a check for $66.25.
I had AT&T Mobility Service during the dates shown on the explanation for the payment and am wondering why I did not receive a check from this settlement.
My name is Joann Smith. My phone number is 903-280-2802. I have been a customer with AT&T for years. Can you please explain why I didn't receive a check?

If everyone really wants to do something about the inequality don't cash your checks, Instead set up a website or email where everyone can get together to schedule a class meeting bring the checks and have a lawyer file a petition on behalf of the entire class that the settlement distribution was an injustice and that all petitioners request a re reschedule of distribution and set the fair terms deemed by everyone. If you cash your check however, it will be considered like signing and executing a contract to waive all rights and except your amount as compensation for the unfair robbery of your hard earned dollars all those years.

You can't really fault the class action suit or the check mailing company in thia situation. You made a choice to do something completely unrelated and outside normal procedures.

I sent my check back, withdrew from the settlement and requested that my 44 cent check be shared equally among the 92 (not a joke) lawyers who benefited from the settlement. My special way of saying think you to them (and I'm sure they need the money).
