Did anyone think this thing out?!
There is no benefit from using your Enjoy service. They don't take your old phone and finish the process. It's twice the work and effort to upgrade your phone. You have to get your own box, ship it back by going to the Post Office and getting a confirmation receipt of shipment. If I had gone to the store this would be over with. But, no I have jump through these extra hopes. And, then no one in customer service or the stores knows what is going on. Customer Service says I can take the iPhone trade-in for my Next Plan to the store. I take the time to drive over to the store. I get there store and they say there is a restocking fee if I do it that way? Trading the phone in is a part of the Next Plan but now I have to pay to turn it in?! NEVER again will I use this inept service. This was not well thought out ENJOYABLE. I WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

AT&T has teamed up with Enjoy to bring you exceptional same-day delivery services. In several cities AT&T Same Day Delivery’s AT&T-trained Experts deliver, set up and activate qualifying smartphones purchased on our website at no extra cost to you.
We currently do not accept trade-in devices on same day deliveries with the AT&T Same Day Delivery offer.
Our standard same-day delivery service provides you with a delivery window of time in which we’ll drop off your device at a location of your choosing. You will be provided with the convenience of in-person hand delivery from one of our trained Experts. We also schedule up to an hour with you to help you with activation of your device, answer any how-to questions about your device, data transfer assistance, and any other account help you may need such as set up for Paperless Billing or Autopay. This optional service is available at your personal choice and discretion.
At delivery, the account holder or an authorized user must be present with a government-issued photo ID, along with the account information and any passwords.
