Looking for a street directory from phone company

I am a Realtor of 33+ years.   When I was a new agent and we did not have internet, we had a REVERSE PHONE DIRECTORY in which we could look up a particular street in STOCKTON, CA, and it would tell us the name of the occupant and their phone number.    I am trying to find one of those books or sites IF THE PHONE COMPANY still has this info available.    Inventory is low and when we sell a house on a particular street, it would be great to be able to call others on same street to see if they, also, want to sell.    any idea?     kit larson
