Remove external phone line
I've been on hold for just under an hour getting transferred to representative after representative that all claim to know where to transfer...and all of them have been wrong. The automated system changes from english to spanish, so at least my hold music has improved over the past wastes hour of my life. Can someone help me uninstall a home phone line? I don't even have AT&T, just leftover cabling that I was told would be taken down this past Monday but is still here.

There's a link on the right side of the page called Report Line or Pole Issues, however if you're talking about the feed from the terminal to your house they probably won't want to remove it unless you have a pretty good reason, but worth a shot.
