New/Old customer can't get service at old existing address.
I contacted two different representatives on 1/7/19 asking to hook up service to my address and was told on both ocassions that there is no service at my address. I had service at this address 10 years ago. I need a land line phone at this address. Why won't you send a person to this address and check the lines before just telling me that it's not available. This is a terrible way to conduct business. I am a potential customer but I can't even get someone to check the lines I can see at my house. I'm not an ignorant individual and this is dumbfounding to me.
