New Account.. I am getting the Answering Machine Mailbox has not been set up yet.... I have 2 iphone

New Installation... I have two iphones that have been setup for ATT , but I'm getting a phone reply that my mailbox has not been setup yet. How do I fix this? The answering machine is supposedly set up correctly.

Thanks for choosing the Community Forums! I know how important it is to have your voicemail set-up. I will gladly help you out with this.

 

To set up your voicemail, open the Phone app, then press and hold 1 on the dialpad. Alternatively, when in the Phone app you can tap the Voicemail icon on the bottom-right hand corner of the screen.

 

I recommend trying our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool; this is like having a tech support agent help you with resolving the issue. Once here, select Voicemail under Service/network to begin troubleshooting.
