Illegal excavation/work without reinforcement

Good afternoon,

The contractor who is hired to install piping in a project called service conduit reroute for **** Wells Drive has a permit to dig the concrete sidewalk and install pipes, instead they have made an illegal excavation in the dirt slope which is part of the easement of our property and contains our sprinkler, have damaged our sprinkler and have cut the root of our trees. They have also installed the pipes. I have seen the approved plans and permit which is for the work on the side walk not the dirt slope. They have dug behind the retaining wall without reinforcement. Please visit the site or advise them to remove the pipes and fix all the issues if they don’t have a permit to work where the current work has already been performed.

See this topic for easement questions.  Posting a come see me somewhere in a customer help forum isn't going to get you where you want to go.
