I was lied to about Installation charge
I am very very upset with att. I was lied to about the installation charge for phone service, so I called and tried to talk with a representative but ended up cancelling the new phone service Now I have to pay over $165 for less than 2 weeks of phone service all bc your representative lied to me!!! I would love to have someone go back and listen to my conversation with the representative on 2-23-18 at 9:15 am. If I would have known, I was going to be charged the $99, I would have never gotten the service in the first place. I was assured that the fee was going to be waived and now that it got installed, I am stuck with the bill

Well now that you canceled the service there is no reason for ATT to work with you on the installation fee.
