How do I get a downed line removed?
I manage Willow Creek Apartments at (Edited to remove personal information), Bothell, WA 98011. We have a downed line on the northern border of our property. We had PSE come out and they told us it was phone.
Calling customer service did not work as they transferred me to "Repairs" who transferred me back to customer service.

To properly report exposed wires on the ground, call the AT&T Buried Wire Center at 800.288.2020. This option is available 24 hours a day.
Extreme weather or other factors can cause downed lines, including electrical lines. Always call your local authorities in an emergency situation. Thank you for taking the time to properly inform us of the down wire in your property.
