Since you said accidently I'm assuming you used *61 and have u-verse phone service. Individual numbers can only be unblocked by going into your online account and accessing the phone portal from there go to your list, find the number and click the X to delete it from the blocked list. If I'm assuming wrong on your service on the right side of the page are links to the other services provided.
