VM Viewer app unable to connect on ipad

Have been using the VM Viewer app for a long time.  All of a sudden, it is failing to connect on my ipad.  I removed the app and reinstalled but have the same problem.  Instructions to connect to "https://home.widgets.um.att.com/home error"  connect to nothing. 

 

This has been a great app to stay connected to home when away.  Please repair.

As I mentioned in my post above, iPhone 6, latest IOS, latest VM Viewer app.  Still have intermittent problems. Both my wife and I cannot connect to the server via the app since Friday.

 

This is become very annoying.

We can't even log in, so it's a bit hard to log out 😄

If it helps, hre is the message that I get when I try to log in. It is the same for my wife.  I get the same message via my uVerse Internet connection (via wifi) or when on AT&T LTE.

Yes, still not working.  Now it is failing on the iphone too.

Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't work.
