Updates
I will like to upgrade my phone, I have the ZTE ZMAX 2, It was free for any company but now It´s part of AT&T, and I live in México, so I don´t know if I can receive that update, so I hope AT&T could help me with this problem because seriously I want to upgrade it and I made a lot of process to get my phone with AT&T so, It suppose that the phone is now available to receive the update.

Updates can contain new features and other great improvements. I completely understand wanting to be on the most current version! I will be happy to share some information with you!
If your phone is unable to connect with the AT&T network, you would not be able to receive the update over-the-air from us. In this case, if you happen to be in the US, you can visit one of Samsung’s Experience Shops, where they may be able to flash the software onto your phone for you.
