Transfer previous own phone nbr
I owned my previous landline phone nbr now for years. And at the time we were previous customers of AT@T. We eventually switch over with Verizon for years. And we asked them to disconnect our landline decided to use our cell phones instead. Now I switch over with Comcast. and was told you have my old nbr not Verizon. How can I get it transfer over with
Comcast and keep my old number. That nbr is disconnected right now. Please help

Hi @TTE1456,
You will have to see if Comcast is able to put in a request for that number. If not, the number may be in use or on a grace period for an AT&T customer. You can see if you can order the AT&T service and then port it to Comcast, but other than that, it will be on Comcast to be able to provide you with a number of your choice.
