Set up my wireless home phone to use nomorobo

Question

I am trying to set up my At&t wireless home phone to use nomorobo.

Nomorobo gives these directions - Login to your my AT&T Control Panel. Click Home Phone, Manage Features, Locate Me and check ON

I can't find the AT&T Control Panel with these options.

AT&T now uses Call Protect, but I'm not sure it is available with the wireless home phone, as it requires an app for wireless which you can't add to the wireless home phone.

I'm fairly sure Nomorobo only works with VOIP services such as U-verse

Thank you for your information on this. Although I have recently had
U-verse installed with my wireless homephone and internet bundled, my home
phone is not VoIP, so apparently nomorobo won't work for me. I appreciate
your help.
