I want to block my brother & nephew from calling my home phone. How do I do that?

You'd have to call customer service for than information. It comes with U-verse and you may already have it if you have a traditional landline, you'd just have to try it to see.

There was a section that permitted listing up to 100 unwanted calls. I have used in the past but can not find it on your site
My second concern is the internet server is extremely slow and will permit easy access to email, facebook, internet explorere

The block list and to block individual numbers using u-verse service is found in the phone features of your Myatt account.
