How can I set up call protect to automatically block all calls deemed at spam, fraud, telemarketers?

I'd like to have all the calls that call protects thinks are spam, telemarketers, fraud, be blocked without me having to individually block them.

The do not call list registry is a waste of time. Out number has been on the do not call list for many years. We still keep getting tons of spam.
