The call history can usually be found in your billing statement is it's printed out that way for analog phone service. The other method would be found on your phone and can be limited as phones has limited space to store this type of information.
If you have our digital phone service, there are multiple ways you can view this information. View and Download Call History will provide you with two ways of doing it. The third would be to log in at ATT Official Page then select Phone service and go to Call History.
