I reported my outage due to water in the line two days ago. The last time this happened the tech told me that it was my phone that was the issue. They just waited until the line dried out. NOTHING was fixed. I purchased new phones only to discover that they hadn't fixed a darn thing. I need a landline because there is no viable cell service here. They have given me a time frame of 11 days to fix the issue which is total garbage. I have a mother that is housebound and a husband with health issues not to mention various others that need to get in touch with me at any given time.
