Unlocking a phone is super important, and I understand your desire to be able to use your phone on a different carrier. I would love to find a resolution for you!

 

In order to unlock your phone, an unlock request needs to submitted on our online portal. Once you reach the page, you will want to click on unlock device and then answer the questions the page provides.

 

When the request is complete, you’ll want to make sure you check your email for the confirmation, as the link in the email needs to be clicked within 24 hours. Our unlock status page can be checked 24 hours a day, using the IMEI and request number.
