Utility easement release

Hello,

we have a 4’ utility easement for telephone poles from 1953 at the back of our property, but all lines have since been buried underground out in front on the street. We are requesting a release of the easement so that we can build a deck in the back of our home. I would like to be able to speak to someone as to how we can get the easement released from our property and appreciate/look forward to speaking with someone at AT&T soon.
