Hello, this is Shruthi. Thank you for responding for my case. I'm glad that the phone has warranty for one year. I would like to replace my touch screen or get a new phone again for free. I got this gophone for free as I had a 2G device which was not compatible so I got a 3G gophone for free. I would like to either get another one or replace the touch screen.
