Is the ASUZ zenfone that I got from AT&T 8 months back eligible for free service?

The touch screen is not working. I got asus zenfone last December. I wanted to check if it's serviced for free.

Hi there @shruthibaskar1,

Oh no! It is never a great experience to have touch screen issues. We know how important it is to know what options are available. You have come to the right place for help. I would love to provide more insight on this.

You mentioned purchasing this device 8 months ago. The great thing about most devices is it comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. We have a great article which goes over Exchanging a device under warranty. For additional support, please send us a private message @ATTHelp with your full name, account number, and best method of contact. This way, we will be able to take a closer look into options which work best for you.

I hope you have an amazing rest of your day!

Hello, this is Shruthi. Thank you for responding for my case. I'm glad that
the phone has warranty for one year. I would like to replace my touch
screen or get a new phone again for free. I got this gophone for free as I
had a 2G device which was not compatible so I got a 3G gophone for free. I
would like to either get another one or replace the touch screen.

Please reply here to solve my
issue or acknowledge that you received my message as I do not have a phone
to call.
