Fallen telephone line in my driveway

Hi, I live in Kansas City and there is a downed line on my property and across my driveway.Every time I call 800-288-2020, I am sent to a call center in Asia. I've had several conversations with them and they can do nothing to get a technician to come and look at this situation. Your assistance is appreciated.

Thanks,

MG

If you're 100 per cent sure it's not power than yes you can pick it up

If the national report number isn't doing any good try the regional report number, some say it gets results. Regional repair centers.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the number for my state (KS) and they are not open today. I just want to get the line out of my driveway. Can I pick it up? It's not an electric power line.

Yes, I'm sure. The power line is the thick one at the very top of the utility pole. That one is still intact and my power is still on. The downed line is thinner and looks like the same wiring that goes to my house for the landline (in fact, the line that connects to my house came down, too). Thanks for the reply.
