Canceling land line after 45 years.

Canceling land line after 45 years.

Land line has constantly been going out since June.  No help from service.  Just said sorry,  old equipment that won't be replaced.  864-647-....  What great customer care for loyalty.  No more  911 service as in cell dead zone.  Just canceled the land line as it is useless.

For anyone else who is looking, the direct number for land line accounts (including to cancel) is 800-288-2747.  Don't bother calling 800-288-2020, you will get lost in the wireless department.
