"We will help with your move" - but I AM NOT MOVING

I have a complaint:
Twice in the past month ATT sent me paper mail brochures to "help me with my upcoming move" but I AM NOT MOVING.

I want these mailings stopped. How can I reach the right person to ATT to get me off the "we will help with your upcoming move" list?

I am NOT MOVING.

If someone has asked that my services be moved, then my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HIJACKED.

If there is no record of anyone asking to move my services then STOP SENDING ME THESE MAILINGS.

I chatted with someone in DSL support and they said "just ignore them."

 

That's ATT's way of ignoring me.

 

I don't want to ignore the mailings. I want them STOPPED>

 

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

 

I called a live Customer Service agent after the first notice and she said "ignore them" (a stupid answer, which ignores MY complaint) and "there is nothing in your account about an upcoming move"

 

And now here comes another notice a couple of weeks later!

 

WHY am I getting these mailings?

 

HOW can I reach someone at ATT who cares the slightest bit?

 

WHERE should I post this? Which forum? There is no (sadly) forum named General Customer Issues
