i wish to set up an online account to pay bills for a phone that is in a rental property in another state. The system is sending a verification code to the phone in the rental property and i have no way of accessing that phone. Is there a way to set up an online account and have the verification code sent to my cell phone?

So that we know how to proceed can you advise us if you already have an AT&T Access ID set up and you are trying to link the the service to the account, or will this be a brand new account. Additionally, we need to confirm if this is for a U-Verse digital home phone service or a traditional landline phone. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Try creating a new ID for the new landline account and let us know if that works.
