i am getting called from the att"customer service" number 800-288-2020.
the caller, supposedly a real att rep,wants me to answer some questions and is telling me they know I am paying too much and will send a technician to my house to make changes to my service. this is totally unsolicited. I called the customer service number back and the auto voice says they see I have a repair request. I do not.i believe my number has also been used in online phone spoofing- people call my number to say they got a message from me but can't open it, and want to know why I am calling them.i am not calling them-someone else is using my number...

I also had this issue. I received a call on my U-verse CVoIP line late yesterday evening with calling number ID 800-288-2020 and calling name "ATT". I answered the call, and after a few clicks I was greeted by someone claiming to be from "AT&T Services". I cautiously asked what the call was about and the caller disconnected. I can provide any additional details to an internal support rep.
