Why does AT&T not have a discount for seniors that have had their service for 50 years?

I have had AT&T for 50 years. We are seniors now and we have to have a landline because we can’t depend on our fixed wireless for WiFi calling. Our outgoing text do not always go through, most calls are dropped and direct tv can’t download on demand due to buffering issues. So we pay full price but do not receive the service we pay for. AT&T  should have a reduced rate because of all of the conditions stated here.
