I've been trying for the last few days to get access online to view my account. Live Chat and Phone calling has been less than helpful in resolving this issue and i've gotten nowhere. Can someone please reach out and help assist a new customer?
Service opened: Only a home phone line(non-voip) , nothing else
Learn how to manage your account with myAT&T within our ID's, registration & sign in support article. If you have not created a user ID you will be able to do so here. Once your user ID is created you will be able to manage your account online. Let us know if this information is helpful to you.
