Obtaining landline call logs

I am trying to get a detailed copy of all phone records ( calls in and out) for the last few months. The last I spoke to at att says this is not possible but I’ve had my cellular call details mailed to me and she said that wasn’t possible either. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? Plz and thx

Hi,

Well the easiest way to get your call logs on your computer screen and print it out by doing screen capture is...

1. Login to att.com website

2. Find the options that says U-verse Home Phone Service

3. Find and click on Manage Home Phone Features

4. Find and click on Call Logs

If you have any error message. Just reply it here and I'll check if I can help. Good luck..

I am looking for almost the exact same information, and everyone that I have contacted, both in a call center as well as in a retail store have stated that they can not help me.

Please help!

Hey hot rod. I was told by a lady at the art call center that it is very possible and quite easy. By the time I learned this though I’d solved my problem another way. If it’s a digital land line and not an old school land line you can get details of call history

All of my call log info has disappeared (as of 08/24/18).  The att.com site tells me I have not made or received any calls in the last sixty days!  Obviously, some kind of software glitch has occurred but I have given up.  I have escalated it to no avail.  All of the info used to be there and then BAM it's gone.  I spent hours on the phone with techs in Detroit and Texas but it never got fixed.  Glad it's not brain surgery or life and death!

I am interested in getting call history on an old disabled AT&T landline.   Looking for details from 1-1-1991 to 8-31-1997.   What is the formal way to request this information from AT&T?  I have called an 800 number and then were not helpful at all and asked me to Google to find out how to get info.  800=288-2020

@mugliar1 There is no way to get call logs that far back. At most ATT keeps records 7 years.

Here to help with your call history inquiry, @mugliar1!

Just as @sandblaster mentioned, we would not have a way to pull call history from that far back.

Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

I need to obtain a detailed call history for my traditional (non-digital) home landline for one specific day in August 2021.  As this info is not available for viewing online, how might I go about requesting this from AT&T?  Many thanks

for any help!

They don't keep records on traditional local landline calls, just long distance.  So you'll need to contact whoever was your LD provider at the time if it was a LD call.  This topic is 4 years old so please open your own topic if you have further questions, closing this one to further posting.
