Need help getting landline phone records
My mom is trying to track down her land line phone records from Nov and Dec 2018. The detailed records stopped showing up in her phone bills late last year. Is there a way to request or access these online? Or through a written request?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, and they keep giving us the run around saying that they don’t print phone records anymore, which seems ridiculous. Especially without giving customers a heads up about stopping this service

Do you have online access to your account and if not can you get it? I don't use AT&T, but most companies will let you go back several months to view and print you records.
