How to request service call for another customer? (my mother whose phone isn't working)
My mother's phone isn't working, I live in another city and am trying to request a service call for her (Sunday night), she cannot remember her online username, etc. to give me access to her online account and there is not straightforward way to simply ask that an appointment be scheduled for a repair call at her house. Can you help?
Thank you for reaching out to us here, we'd love to help! To get started, we suggest that she add you as an authorized user on the account. To add an authorized user, log in and go to myAT&T > Profile> Add or Delete authorized User. Select Add new user and then a confirmation code will be sent to a wireless number. Select Next and enter the confirmation code and then select Next.
