Can't check my bill having system issue
Hi, I want to check my bill and data usage on my phone this Wednesday, and when I used myAT&T app login my account, it shows that "We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later."
I tried to use the website to log in, it still shows having the system issues. Then I tried clear the data and used different browsers, it didn't work. It's really weird that I was able to log in and check data on this Tuesday, but it didn't work on Wednesday till now.
Is there any way that can help me solve the problem?

Feel free to dial *BAL# (*225#), or *SAL# (*725#) for Spanish, to get a free text message containing your account balance, last payment received, and next bill due date. Also, call our automated system at 800.331.0500 (611 from an AT&T wireless phone) and follow the prompts.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
Sometimes, this will solve APP related issues.

I just reinstall the APP and log in, but the problem is not solve and still shows "We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later."
