I have, as have others, been losing time and energy by my voicemail having been rendered useless by the unwanted administrative message, I have been googling for solutions to no avail. It is useless to try to call AT&T, You are a service organization, right ? Why do you do this? If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know, Thank you,

Why would you not just tell all of us how to delete the SPAM messages? Directly communicating with everyone who has this issue is a waste of your time and ours. Just post the procedure and we can all follow it.
