technical support

my phone is saying that it has no service on the top left corner but i just paid my bill, so it should have service. i tried turning it off & turning it back on multiple times. i also tried calling myself from a different phone, but it rings & then goes to voicemail. how do i fix this?

We can definitely provide you with some troubleshooting steps for when your wireless device has no service. Please reset the network settings on your cell phone, to see if that will resolve the issue. If your device still says no service, we recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.
