on a pre paid phone can someone block a caller. I have straight talk and I know that is not possible.
If someone blocks a caller can texts go through
I have a friend that has called another friend and they get the message the person you are trying to reach isnt accepting calls right now.. Now she has texted her friend and none of them have come back..what does that mean

If the person is using a smart phone, there are apps available to block callers, calls and messages. They can also reject calls as they come in if they are not using caller id. So, it would be speculation for someone to say what is happening. To answer the very first question, yes - calls can be blocked / rejected on prepaid.
