Why was I charged $2 for trying to setup Voicemail on my iPhone 5c Gophone?
I tried setting up Voicemail *** on my iPhone 5c by clicking on the voicemail icon on the phone app as the tutorial suggested but not only did I not hear anything AT&T charged me $2 from my balance (I'm on the $2 daily charged if used plan). This is unacceptable when I could not even setup the email. How can you charge me for trying to setup voicemail?

When you setup your voicemail, it does initiate a call to your voicemail box. This would be considered a call, and activates your $2 daily plan. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
