Why no service in Chia,Colombia?

I am trying to use my att prepaid go phone from the USA in Chia, Colombia but it shows "No service". I have over $100 US and plenty of time so I don't think that is the problem. Can anyone help me?

There is no international service for Go Phone besides Canada and Mexico.
