What does "Adjustment Detail" mean or refer to?

Hi. I've got a GoPhone 3G sim-card running in my 3G gsm tri-band phone and I'm on a pay-as-you-go simple rate plan. Every month I find in my account history that AT&T charges 0.90$ for something they designate "Adjustment Detail". It doesn't come with any explanation, so my question is, what do I get charged 0.90$ per month for? Thanks.

My guess would be that it is E911 fees, etc.  Here is more information re: fees that at&t may deduct from your GoPhone account balance on a monthly basis.

These fees used to show up as monthly deductions in the "adjustments" section of my GoPhone account detail as well, but my state has gone to charging them at the point of refill.

Thank you. That is precisely it. 0.90$ deducted on the 3rd of each month in a 0.80$ and a 0.10$ increment as explained on the linked page you provided. I'd have never found that myself in a million years.
