It shouldn’t be a problem to get that ZTC Go Phone up and running. You can go to an ATT store where they will need to put in a new Sim and get you signed up. You can find the nearest ATT store with this link: https://www.att.com/maps/store-locator.html NateH Social Media Specialist
Hi, I have a velocity device with the 16 GB share plan, 2 attached trec tablets, 2 smart phones. I dont have wifi or Internet with any other company. Should I always connect my smart devices to the velocity to conserve data or will it use more.
Great question! If the Velocity is on the same account and sharing data with the smart phones and tablets, it will use the same amount of data since it’s pulling from the same bucket of shared data.
Right now if you sign up for our newer Mobile Share Advantage Plans, you can still share data with all of your wireless devices, and avoid overages if you exceed your high-speed data allotment.
