The plan should be monthly

My new plan works from  Mar.18.   I refilled account  at Apr.4  because I talked too much last month. Now, I can't call again.....It's just  Apr.17 . I paid three times in a month ! It's unbelievable.... If I started  over from Apr.4  , it should be able to use till May 4.  The plan should be called " If you run the times out  that  you should pay double''  not monthly plan.

In order to prevent something like this from occurring in the future, perhaps you should consider either:

A.) Closely monitoring your voice minutes usage, or
B.) Upgrading your monthly plan to one that will better accommodate your needs.

It does seem like monthly plans are billed on a 29 day basis, but keep in mind that the day you add money to your account, that day already counts as one day of service.

I do believe they call it a "prepaid" plan for a reason.

 

Once you use all that you have prepaid for, why wouldn't you expect to have to prepay for more?
