I have the $30 Monthly plan (Prepaid). I am located in Seattle.

Until recently, I could text back and forth with my brother, who lives in Denmark. Now, he no longer receives my text messages. I can only receive his text message, but he doesn't receive mine.

I called AT&T tech support, and they couldn't figure it out. They told me to go to the nearest AT&T store, who in turn told me to call tech support.

BTW I just bought a new phone (Samsung Prime 3), because I thought my old Blackberry Z10 was the problem. Same problem with the new phone.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your brother is unable to receive your text messages. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Is your brother experiencing issues with receiving text messages from anyone else? Has anyone else told you that they are not receiving your text messages? Has your brother tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.
